  • Salt to taste

For the Gravy:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vinegar (white or rice)
  • 1 tsp corn starch mixed in 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Make Instant Manchurian Balls
